Job Description: ARMS Reliability, part of Baker Hughes Bently Nevada is a leading global provider of reliability solutions, supporting some of the world’s largest resource, power, and utility companies. The ARMS Reliability-Americas Trainer role will deliver training in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability and our technical software, as well as to facilitate RCA studies on various client sites. This role is expected to incorporate our growing range of external and internal training courses. Job Responsibilities: Delivering training to both the public and on various client sites as required following the ARMS training calendar. Delivering a wide variety of training in RCA, Reliability, and our technical software packages. Providing expert RCA facilitation services to various clients across various industries as required. Assisting with the continuous development of training content for existing, new, and supplementary training course material. Supporting the personal development and up-skilling of other ARMS trainers and engineers to ensure a consistent and best practice approach to ARMS training & utilization. Preparing post training course reports to be sent to key internal Stakeholders. Communicating with course participants post-course, providing relevant documents which reinforce the training and supporting their continued use of the methodology. Job Requirements: Have training delivery expertise and knowledge gained in a formal work environment. Possess familiarity with RCA and Reliability methodology. Have successfully completed formal training such as teaching, train the trainer, workplace training or similar. Have solid computer literacy. Qualification & Experience: Have a degree in an engineering discipline or related field and/or equivalent industry experience.
