Job Description: You will serve as a Performance Management Analyst in the Mission Support Directorate (MSD) Office of Strategy and Integration (S&I). You will be responsible for analyzing Mission Support (e.g., Procurement, Human Capital, Strategic Infrastructure, IT, Protective Services) performance measures, and aligning and coordinating Mission Support performance reporting with Agency-level performance reporting. Job Requirements: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above. To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level with Agency-level performance management and reporting; development, analysis, and reporting of performance measures and metrics to inform decision making and; coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders, and tailoring communications as appropriate for the audience. To qualify at the GS-13 level, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level with organizational and/or program-level performance management and reporting; reporting of performance measures and metrics, and variance analysis and; coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders. Qualification & Experience: The ideal candidate has experience recommending, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to procure supplies, services, for construction or research and development projects using formal advertising or negotiation procedures to evaluate contract price proposals and policies.
