Job Description: You will serve as the Program Analyst in the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for Resources organization. You will provide evaluations to management of the effectiveness of the program and/or area of responsibility in support of assigned programs and projects, such as Space Station, Launch Services, Commercial Crew, Exploration Ground Systems, Project Integration, Exploration and Institutional Projects. Job Requirements: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above. To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level that includes identifying resources for projects; analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of programs/projects and providing recommendations for improvements; participating in budget and financial management functions to include providing input to all phases of the Program Planning Budget Execution (PPBE) process; performing annual phasing plans, integrated budget planning, cost variance analysis, trending analysis, financial reporting, and cost estimates.
