Job Description: Under limited supervision, the Work Flow Process and Software Coordinator, assist in the development, enhancement, support and management of the Background Studies Division’s NETStudy 2.0 software processes. Job Responsibilities: Develop processes to address customer service issues received via email, including identifying, developing, and overseeing processes to most efficiently respond to emails received by help desk staff. Proactively identify and address issues that could be problematic for DHS or DHS’ customers. Act as a technical expert for issues related to NETStudy 2.0. Track and coordinate prioritization of NETStudy 2.0 technical development with the state contracted system developer and MN Information Technology (MNIT).
